OUR STORY
LIPPEATT FAMILY
We are honored to share the Lippeatt name with Noah and we are committed to continuing his legacy of self sacrifice and service. Please check out the Meet Noah page to learn more about LCpl Noah Lippeatt. We are inspired to give back based on 3 principles.
1) John 15:13 'Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one's life for one's friends.'
In everything we do, we want to show and the love of Jesus, the same love He showed when He gave His life on the cross to save us and bring us back into a relationship with God. We recognize that Marines and all military members swear an oath that may require them to lay down their life for their country, family, and friends. Noah lived out this verse and was willing to sacrifice anything for the benefit or a friend or even a random stranger. While our family may not be asked to lay our life down, we want to dedicate our time, hearts, and resources to help Marines and their families experience the hope and love found through Jesus Christ.
2) 2 Corinthians 1:4-5 'Who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God. For just as we share abundantly in the sufferings of Christ, so also our comfort abounds through Christ'
Noah often took notes during chapel services at USMC bootcamp and infantry school. In one of the notebooks he wrote down 2 Corinthians 1:4-5 and a simple but powerful phrase 'Your faithful presence is your best ministry.' We have a God who understands our pain and draws near to us as a friend and helper. He comforts the brokenhearted and we are called to do the same for others. Being like Jesus means we will experience weight the of broken world, however, we get to experience the peace and comfort that only our living, loving God can give. Noah didn't need a stage or a spotlight to minister to people. He shared the love of Christ simply by showing up, being there, listening, laughing, encouraging, and walking alongside people through life. He lived out that kind of faithful presence. We want to do the same.
3) Matthew 20:28 The Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.
One of the best ways to look like Jesus as a Christian is to serve others. At the heart of our foundation is this mission, to serve with love, just like Jesus did. This foundation was created to honor Noah by reaching out to those who are unreached and overlooked. Our focus is on supporting USMC Guard Company. Some of our support also goes to the Navy Marine Corps Relief Society, helping Marines, Sailors, and families meet practical needs. We plan to send care packages, offer encouragement, and do what we can do to meet needs and show love, just like Noah would have done. These simple acts of kindness keep his spirit of service alive and remind Marines and their families that they are seen, supported, and deeply valued. We are dedicated to giving back and carrying the love of Christ into places that need it most.
